Mr. Eli
This kid is sooooo busy, he is on the go constantly. So one night I was making dinner and he was walking around in the kitchen following me like he always does. I had my back to him and all the sudden I hear this thud followed by another thud. I turn around to see Eli laying flat on his back and he is trying to cry(he turns purple before he lets out the horrific breath/scream). So I hurry and pick him up to try to stop him from turning purple and passing out(i swear one of these times he is going to). He cried for a few minutes on my shoulder and then I decided to access the damage. I just about died when I saw his forehead. This goose egg was the size of a golf ball in a matter of minutes. It was about an inch long and it stuck out about a half an inch. My first thought was I have to take him the ER, he has brain damage. I call for Cameron to come and help me because I was panicking. I sat and watched this thing get bigger and bigger and whiter and whiter. It was unreal how big it got. I tried to get some ice in a rag but he wouldn't let anything get near it, I cant blame him it must of hurt bad. Finally after 20 minutes it started going down so I figured he was ok. It scared me so bad that I set my alarm in the middle of the night to check on him. These pictures don't do it justice. I have never seen anything like it. Thank goodness it didn't split open.

Halloween
This year for Halloween we went up to Carli and Kevin's house. We had our traditional chili and bagels. We also had homemade donuts that were so good I think they need to be part of the yearly tradition. The kids made gack or as Cole calls it "gooey goo", and spiders out of ding dongs and licorice. After we stuffed out faces we went trick or treating. Cameron dressed up as Wolverine and I was a cowgirl sheriff, however I didn't get one picture of me or Cameron dressed up. Here are a few pictures that I did take.
So cute

Week of Halloween
We went to Hee Haws a couple of weeks ago so the kids could have some fun. We went kind of late so the train and swings were shut down. We ended up walking around for a little while to let them play.
Eli bustin a move to the music

He was so excited

Got to have a Tranformers "packpack"

The whole school is decorated in Pirate stuff. Its so cute.
In the mean time Eli and I are having a blast hanging out together. But he gets so excited when its time to get Cole. He loves his brother.

No way can this be real......
On Saturday we got invited by Camerons good friends from Vegas to go watch the Motocross races up at Powder Mountain. Cameron and Brock grew up together in Vegas and racing was a big part of their lives. Brocks little brother Tanner(16 yrs old) was racing on Saturday and he is incredible. We watched three of his races and he won 1st place in every race by a long shot. This kid was amazing. He are a few pics of the day.
Here is Eli on one of Tanner's bikes. He had 6 or 8 bikes up there. Eli loved sitting on it pretending to drive.
Here is Cole taking a break in the trailer. He was watching Tanners mechanic Mike fix the bikes.
Cole found a little buddy. His name is Joe and he is 4 years old too.
(Left to Right) Haley, Joe, Cole, Peyton. They were having a good time watching their uncle Tanner and getting dirty.
Tanner crossing the finish line.
Here are a couple of videos. Notice how far in front Tanner was from the guy that placed second. All of his races were like this.

We had an incredible day with the whole Krahenbuhl family. I wish we could stop there but then this had to happen Click Here.
Tanner, his best friend Zach and Mike his mechanic were all in the motorhome when their brakes went out and they rolled. All three were seat belted in. Tanner passed away at the scene, Mike is in critical condition and Zach is stable. Its amazing how life can change so fast. Thank you to the Krahenbuhl family for inviting us up to watch Tanner. We will never forget this weekend cheering for number 46.

Eli's 1st Birthday
Here are a few that we got of Eli opening his presents. He liked the dog through the window a little better. Maybe next year he will realize how fun it is to open presents.
My parents gave him this 4-wheeler and he couldnt wait to get on the thing. He loves it.
He loved looking at his cake and the candle and kept saying "HOT". Everything is hot to him. He got scared when we started singing to him. But he sure did like the cake even though he didnt get very messy.
